Charnapo Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Charnapo! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our Return Policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.

1. General Return Policy

At Charnapo, we offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased through our website, www.charnapo.com. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

  • Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the product(s). After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

  • Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. We cannot accept returned items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

  • Exclusions: Certain products may not be eligible for return. These include:

    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Clearance or final sale items, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
    • Perishable items, hygiene products, or opened products (e.g., beauty products, cosmetics, and intimate wear) for health and safety reasons.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us

To begin the return process, you must contact Charnapo within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@charnapo.com or call us at (541) 482-4374 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

b. Provide Order Information

In your return request, include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

c. Return Authorization (RA)

Once we receive your return request, we will review it and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number will need to be included with your return package. Charnapo will provide you with instructions for returning your items.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return package to ensure it is delivered safely.

  • Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, or other items that came with the product.

d. Ship the Item Back

Once you receive your RA number and instructions, return the product(s) to the following address:

Please include the RA number and a copy of your original order receipt in the return package.

3. Processing Returns

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. Once the returned items are approved, we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we will send the new item once we receive and inspect the original product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Partial Refunds: If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@charnapo.com or call (541) 482-4374. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and ensure that the product is replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.

  • Damage During Shipping: If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either through a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” (these will be noted on the product page).
  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene restrictions (e.g., cosmetics, health products, or intimate wear).
  • Gift cards.

6. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as Charnapo cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

  • International Returns: If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that international return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Late Returns

We reserve the right to deny returns that are made outside the 30-day return window. If you miss the return window, please contact our customer support team at info@charnapo.com to discuss potential solutions. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process returns after the timeframe has passed.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once we have received and processed your return, please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your payment provider or bank.

9. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact Charnapo at info@charnapo.com to request a return authorization (RA) and initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must comply with the return criteria outlined above.
